General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
Items purchased on our website can be delivered directly to addresses in Grande Prairie, Alberta. For customers located throughout Alberta, we ship orders via courier services.
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that products remain fresh during transit. Each order is carefully packed with recycled insulating material and ice packs to maintain optimal temperature. Our packages typically leave the shop around 4 pm, aiming for next-day delivery to your doorstep. However, please note that next-day delivery is not always guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page.
Shipping Risk
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping company (Purolator, Loomis, etc.). While we will do our best to ensure your order is packaged securely and safely for its journey, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage, delays, or losses that occur during transit.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. While Carnivore's Meat Shop cannot be held accountable for the shipping carrier's actions, we will assist in any way we can during your claim process.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that the risk of loss or damage to the goods is passed to you upon delivery. If the package is damaged or if you did not receive your package, please contact us immediately.
