How to Cook Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight for optimum results. Make sure scallops are completely thawed prior to cooking, For pan-fry, pat dry and pan-fry the bacon by rolling them on the hot pan until the bacon is crisp. To bake, pat dry, set oven at 425 F and bake for 15 minutes, then broil on high for 1 minute on each side.
